Awesome unit fit in my 09 Avalanche. I did have to some modification to get the unit to fit. I did install apps to find the best navigation app, but so far the unit is great although I cant get mirror to work with my Iphone but outside of that I love it. I hooked up an amp and subs and it runs and sounds awesome.

What a terrific head unit. I recently installed this in my 2010 Chevrolet Avalanche. While it is supposed to be a direct plug and play unit certain Chevrolet vehicles may vary in how they mount and in my case I had to cut a couple layers of plastic from behind where the old radio use to sit in an addition to requiring a 90 degree right angle SMA adapter (for the GPS antenna) as well as a CR10 antenna adapter. Both cheap to buy but are required for the install on my particular vehicle. This will guarantee a perfect factory looking fit with no gaps and stupid face plates like other units. Also the 3rd party music playback software and 3-band EQ is very poor for handling bass. Install a 3rd party media app such as PowerAmp or VLC Player to bring that pumping sound back to your speakers. and as a side note, SD cards greater than 64GB (and possibly 128GB) may be usable if formatted to FAT32 (just a rumor and is untested for now) 9/10 (Would have been 10/10 if the software was better out of the box and didnt require modification) but they are both easily remedied and not a big deal. It is still a tremendously good deal... even at regular price.

Awesome head unit!!! Fit right into my 2011 GMC Acadia with no issues. You will need to buy a Antenna adapter. Super easy install, few modifications the GPS antenna cable coming out the back of the radio will prevent you from seating the head unit properly unless you modify the back side of the vehicles mount itself does not hurt the vehicle and is an easy fix. Also if you have the backup camera that runs to the review mirror you can run that down to this head unit. Best head unit, specially for the money.
