Please DO NOT send cash, bank checks, or money orders. You will be charged US $10 via registered mail for the return of your payment.

Bank Fees

If you have selected either Bank in or Telegraphic Transfer as your method of payment, additional charges may be incurred. We are ONLY responsible for the Hong Kong bank charges. So please consider your payment method carefully.

Why I can’t finish the payment after entering PayPal site?

If you have entered PayPal’s website successfully, but are still unable to finish the payment, the problem may have been caused by the following 2 reasons: 


1. You are not in the region where you have opened your credit card account. For example, if your credit card account was originally opened in the US, but now you’re using it outside the US. (Some cards have such limitation, while others don’t.) 


2. If you could previously shop and complete your payment online with your credit card, but it is currently not working with Eonon, you may have reached the credit limit of your credit card. In which case, consult your bank for further details.

Can I order without logging in to an account?

Yes, orders can be made without an account. 

Can I purchase the product(s) and pick up the order directly from your office?

Our products are available to overseas customers and we generally do not sell directly from Hong Kong. Special arrangements may be made for pick-ups from our office if payment is made in cash. Please contact us for more details.
