Delivery Address Requirement
When you’re placing an order, please include your full delivery address including door number, street name and zip code. Please also include a contact telephone number so the carrier may contact you if there’s any issue with the delivery.
PO BOX Delivery Address
We currently do not ship to PO BOX addresses, so please provide a non-PO BOX address for delivery.

Can I cancel my order after shipment?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
Currently we ship to most countries except for Argentina, Brazil, India, Italy, Peru, Philippines, and certain military areas. Some extended areas may require extra charges.
When will I receive the package?
Your order will be shipped within 2
business days of its payment confirmation. A tracking number will be sent to
you via email. Most items (excluding those in "Accessories" &
"Cameras" categories) will be sent by express, which takes
approximately 1-7 days. Items listed in "Accessories" &
"Cameras" categories can be shipped either by Express or registered
mail. We recommend you to choose Express, which only takes 1-7 days, as opposed
to registered mail, which takes 20-35 days and may be lost during shipment.
What should I do if I received the wrong item(s) or an item(s) is missing?
Please contact our service team within 7 days of receiving the wrong item(s) or have discovered you are missing an item(s). We will correct any order errors as soon as possible!
How do I check my order status?
Once your item has been sent, an email with a tracking number will be sent to you as well, you can check the order status at the bottom of our home page with your order number or tracking number.
You can choose to add a shipping insurance to your order by paying an additional 5USD when placing your order.
Where is my item shipped from?
Our products can be shipped from 3 warehouses, UK, US
or Hong Kong warehouses.
For customers from most EU countries, usually the unit
will be shipped from the UK if stock is enough there.
For US customers, usually the unit will be shipped from
the US if stock is enough there.
For the other customers,
usually the unit will be shipped from Hong Kong.
