Broadcasting is available for either PAL or NTSC depending on the video format used by a specific country. If you are uncertain about PAL, NTSC, or unclear on your country’s video format, please see Basic Knowledge.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.

Our products will fit most standard cars. But Special Car brands like Toyota, Mazda-3, VOLKSWAGEN and so on please check our Specific Car DVD player, which is especially fit for this model, perfect match with easy installation.
Before buying, please measure the player position height of your car. If 50mm, please select from 1 Din series; and if 100mm, please select from 2 Din series. The DIN series is universal.
If you still not sure about it, you may consider consulting a technician before ordering to be sure on the fit.

Our products are available to overseas customers and we generally do not sell directly from Hong Kong. Special arrangements may be made for pick-ups from our office if payment is made in cash. Please contact us with questions on this.

1. Shipments may be combined to decrease shipping costs for some areas (excluding AU, US, UK).
2. All items purchased within a 7 day period may be combined in one shipment with one payment.
3. Discounts will be offered  on the purchase of multiple items and will be applied automatically  when the order is placed.
4. No combined shipment offer after paid. The combined shipment will be given to you automatically after you finish shopping.

We will arrange the shipment for your item within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your item is sent, an email with tracking number will be sending to you as well.
Some item will be sent by express, it usually takes 3-5 days for delivery process.
Some item will be sent by registered mail, then it will take about two weeks for shipment.

If you are not satisfied with our product, report to us within 7 days of delivery date, and the internal package has not been detached, you can exchange it with another model. The balance will be paid by you or returned by us. And you should be responsible for the shipping fee of both sending back and forth additionally, which based on your own country's shipping rate. So, before you place your order, please refer to all of the details in our product introduction page.

For all other orders, please choose the English version of our website for ordering. These orders will be  shipped from Hong Kong.
