We don't offer free shipping to some subsidiary islands of United Kingdom and United States, such as Virgin  island UK, Guernsey UK, Jersey UK, Virgin  island USA and Guam USA.

Shipment of items will  occur within 2 business days once payment is confirmed.

When ordering, please provide the full delivery address including door number, zip codes and so on. Please provide a contact telephone number in case there are questions regarding a delivery location.

We currently do not ship to PO BOX addresses, so please provide a non-PO BOX address for delivery.

After the item is shipped, we will email the order details and shipping information. A tracking number will also be sent.  If you do not receive the tracking email, please contact our online service.

Beginning July 20, 2009, we pay the extended fee(22 USD) for the customers. So customers don't  have to pay for the extended area fee in buying from us.

We currently maintain cooperative relationships with: FedEx, DHL, and EMS. Our commitment to our customers is to assure the delivery reaches its destination    in the quickest manner with the lowest cost.

Currently we can ship items anywhere except military areas. Some extended areas may require extra charges.

Some items(except those in the “Others” and "Kits & Harness" catalog) will be sent by express, it usually takes approximately <7 days for delivery.
Items of Others  and Kits & Harness  catalog can be shipped either by Express or register mail. We recommend you to choose the Express, it only takes <7 days. But by register mail, it will take 20-35 days, and easy to get lost.

Please complete the shipping address information in your account  carefully. This will serve as the delivery destination for your orders. We will consider your address  in your PayPal express account as a delivery destination if you choose PayPal express to checkout.

We will arrange the shipment for your item within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your item is sent, an email with tracking number will be sending to you as well.
Some item will be sent by express, it usually takes 3-5 days for delivery process.
Some item will be sent by registered mail, then it will take about two weeks for shipment.

Please contact our service team within 7 days once you have received the wrong item(s) or have discovered you are missing an item(s). We will correct any order errors as soon as possible!

Generally speaking we will arrange the shipment in 1-2 business days once the payment is confirmed, and Eonon cooperate with world famous DHL, Fedex, UPS for delivery, which enable over 90% of our customers to get their items within one week! Awesome!

Once your item is sent, an email with tracking number will be sending to you as well, you can check the order status on the bottom of our home page with your order number or tracking number.

You can choose to add shipping assurance to your order by paying 5USD when ordering in our website. It is optional.
