For customers from EU countries, you can buy from our UK website, with no tax or duty charges, since the units will be shipped locally from our UK warehouse.  


Please kindly pay attention:

We don't offer free shipping to certain subsidiary islands of the United Kingdom and United States, including Virgin Island UK, Guernsey UK, Jersey UK, Virgin Island USA and Guam USA. 
For other countries and areas, please check the item detail page of the corresponding item. 

Notice:
- For deliveries made by FedEx, we will choose their IE service where available. If only their IP service is available in your area, you should be responsible for the extra fee. The extra shipping fee will be based on your area and the Fedex rate.

- For deliveries made by Fedex, TNT, and EUeco, a remote area delivery charge may be made for delivery to remote areas in the US, Canada, UK, Australia.

TopDelivery Time

Usually your order will be shipped within 2 business days of its payment confirmation.

TopComplete Delivery Address

When you’re placing an order, please include your full delivery address including door number, street name and zip code. Please also include a contact telephone number so the carrier may contact you if there’s any issue with the delivery.

TopPO BOX Delivery Address

We currently do not ship to PO BOX addresses, so please provide a non-PO BOX address for delivery.

TopExpress Tracking

Once the item has been shipped, we will send you an email with the order details and shipping information. In this email you will find the tracking number for your item. If you do not receive this email, please contact our online service.

TopOur Shipping Partners

We currently maintain cooperative relationships with: FedEx, TNT, TOLL and EMS. Our commitment to our customers is to assure the delivery reaches its destination in the quickest manner with the lowest cost.

TopShipping Areas

Currently we ship to most countries except for Brazil, India, Peru, Philippines, and certain military areas. Some extended areas may require extra charges.

TopWhen will I receive the package? Where is my package at the moment?

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of its payment confirmation. A tracking number will be sent to you via email. 


Most items (excluding those in the “Others” category) will be sent by express, which takes approximately 1-7 days.

Items listed in the Others category can be shipped either by Express or registered mail. We recommend you to choose Express, which only takes 1-7 days, as opposed to registered mail, which takes 20-35 days and may be lost during shipment.

TopDelivery Destination Address

Please complete the shipping address information in your account  carefully. This will serve as the delivery destination for your orders. We will consider your address  in your PayPal express account as a delivery destination if you choose PayPal express to checkout.

TopCan orders be tracked?

We will arrange the shipment for your item within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your item is sent, an email with tracking number will be sending to you as well.
Some item will be sent by express, it usually takes 3-5 days for delivery process.
Some item will be sent by registered mail, then it will take about two weeks for shipment.

TopWhat should I do if I received the wrong item(s) or an item(s) is missing?

Please contact our service team within 7 days of receiving the wrong item(s) or have discovered you are missing an item(s). We will correct any order errors as soon as possible!


TopHow do I check my order status?

Once your item has been sent, an email with a tracking number will be sent to you as well, you can check the order status at the bottom of our home page with your order number or tracking number.

TopShipping insurance

You can choose to add a shipping insurance to your order by paying an additional 5USD when placing your order.

TopWhere is my item shipped from?

Our products can be shipped from two warehouses, one located in Hong Kong and one in the UK. Where your order is shipped from will depend on the website you’ve used to place your order:
