This has created shipping volumes that are taxing logistics networks nationwide, which may cause delays within the delivery network. We apologize if your order from Eonon was impacted by global shipping delays. We are doing our best to ensure that your orders will reach you in time as much as possible, so do bear with us! Free Shipping Countries and Areas

The product will be shipped from the local warehouse for these countries.

Import Tax

For the countries and regions the United States, the United Kingdom , Germany, Canada, Australia & Hong Kong, we directly ship from the local area without paying additional customs duties. EU countries ship from Germany without paying additional duties.

If products in our US, AU, CA warehouses are out of stock, we will ship from our HK warehouse preferentially in order to let you receive the package as soon as possible. You can check the product inventory status and shipping warehouse at the product details page clearly.

If we ship from Hong Kong to some countries and regions, the order may be charged tariffs. Please consult the local customs for the specific tariff amount. We are not responsible for tariffs.

When will I receive the Tracking Information?

Once the item has been shipped, we will send you an email regrading the order details. Please check your order details and help confirm there is no error.

An email regarding your shipping information will be sent to you within 2 days. In the email you will find the tracking number for your item. If you do not receive the email, please contact customer service .

Can I cancel my order after shipment?

Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.
