Returns and Warranty Statements

  • Eonon’s returns and warranty policy only available for products that purchased on Eonon official websites, including eonon.com, and eonon.co.uk.
  • We are not responsible for products sold by an eBay reseller, Amazon reseller or your local reseller. The warranty of these products will depend on the policy of the resellers themselves.

Warranty Policy

  • We offer 2-year warranty for all Eonon Android and WinCE car stereos(start from October 1, 2017), 1 year warranty for accessories, including technology support and free repair service. Free gifts does not comes with a warranty.
  • Warranty time starts from the day when you receive the parcel.
  • Eonon will still provides permanent technical support and operation suggestion for those products that have exceeded the warranty.

Returns policy

Return for product issue

  • 0 - 60 days

    1) Return for exchange: Customers need to send the product back as requested, after receiving the returned package, we’ll test the product first. And then send you a brand new unit. We’re responsible for the resend shipping fee.

    2) Return for refund: Customers need to send the product back as requested, we’ll refund the product cost to you after testing the product. We’re not responsible for the return shipping fee. And the send shipping fee is not included in the refund.

  • 60 days - Half a year

    We offer free maintenance service. Customers need to send the product back as requested, after receiving the returned package, we’ll test the product and provide you with the best solution. The maintenance time is different according to different problems. If you don’t want to wait, and there is an upgraded version of your unit, then you can also choose to purchase a new unit with an 70% discount of the returned unit's price.

  • Half a year – 1 year

    We offer free maintenance service. Customers need to send the product back as requested, after receiving the returned package, we’ll test the product and provide you with the best solution. The maintenance time is different according to different problems. If you don’t want to wait, and there is an upgraded version of your unit, then you can also choose to purchase a new unit with an 50% discount of the returned unit's price.

  • 1 year - 2 years

    We offer free maintenance service. Customers need to send the product back as requested, after receiving the returned package, we’ll test the product and provide you with the best solution. The maintenance time is different according to different problems. If you don’t want to wait, and there is an upgraded version of your unit, then you can also choose to purchase a new unit with an 40% discount of the returned unit's price.

Return for non-product issue

  • 0 - 30 days

    1) Return for exchange

    Installed: If you have installed it, then return for exchange is not supported for we could not sell it as brand new anymore.

    Not installed: Customers need to send the product back as requested, and pay the price difference of other new version product. We’re not responsible for the return & resend shipping fee.

    2) Return for refund

    Installed: If you have installed it, then return for refund is not supported.

    Not installed: Customers need to send the product back as requested. We will arrange a refund to you after deducting the first shipping cost.

    Kind reminder: Products must be returned in the condition they were received in. We reserve the right to refuse returned items, if you have open and installed it or are not in a resalable condition when returned.

  • After 30 days

    Return for exchange or refund are not supported.

Additions

  • Please check the parcel before signing. If the product is damaged during transit, please make a note on the carrier's delivery bill, take photo as evidence and contact us within 5 days.
  • Please check all items in the package after received it. if there is accessories shortage, please contact us within 14 days.
  • Please contact us before returning, we’ll provide the necessary return information. If customers didn’t contact us before returning, we reserve the right to reject the parcel and send it back to you at your cost.
  • We’re not responsible for the cost of installation, uninstallation, and tax. The product shipped from UK and US warehouse does not need to pay tax.
  • We suggest customers to seek professional assistance before installation. We are not responsible for product defects caused by improper installation and use.
  • We are not responsible for the head unit which has already been installed on a used car before you purchased. But we will provide technical support as much as we can.
  • We reserve the right of final interpretation.
